After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email which confirms the order and contains order details. The payment will be collected after the order has been shipped.

Your purchased item(s) will be shipped from Sweden with Postnord as soon as possible. Your parcel will be shipped within 4-10 days after you have placed the order. When placing your order, new–land will send you an order confirmation.

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any expenses associated with sending packages to or receiving packages from new–land.

To return, contact shop@newland.tv. You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. We only credit the credit card which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses as well as delivery expenses when shopping at new–land.

new–land will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefore we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible after new–land receives the returned products. Note that delivery expenses will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange your product, please note that you will have to return the product and place a new order.

new–land cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EURO into any other currency.

In connection with the purchase of goods from new–land you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

new–land have the ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. new–land can not guarantee that all styles or items are available, at the time you place your order. If the style or item is no longer available, you’ll be contacted by email shortly after your order.

We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

new–land cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years and are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

new–land use Shopify Pay to process any payments. The following payment methods are accepted:

– Credit cards (Visa, Maestro and Mastercard)

– PayPal

The amount for the transaction will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

Are you ordering from an EU country you will have to pay Swedish VAT (25%) but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. Are you ordering on the website from a country outside the EU you will not have to pay the Swedish VAT, the VAT will be deducted at checkout. You may have to pay additional tax and/or duties in the country of destination.

We cannot offer a VAT refund on purchases made on our website, if you are a resident outside the EU.

new–land cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. The same applies for returned products. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. Please note that this may delay delivery because of the goods being held up in customs.

All content included in this website, such as text graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the exclusive property of new–land.

Copying or other use of the content on the website of new–land shall be solely at the written permission of new–land. Unauthorized use of the content of the new–land website will lead to prosecution.
